About Master Mu Yuchun

Master Mu Yuchun (born 1948) is a renowned master of Traditional Chinese Health, Internal Martial Arts, and Energy Cultivation. Beginning training at age six, he became Champion of China in Sanda and integrated expertise in traditional Chinese medicine, acupressure, and therapeutic massage.

Since 1993, Master Mu has taught internationally, founding the Association of Chinese Traditions and Culture. Today he shares 50+ years of authentic knowledge through seminars in Taijiquan, Baguazhang, Xingyiquan, massage techniques, and breathing practices.

During these sessions, Master Mu shares knowledge about health preservation, fundamental Bagua Zhang techniques, and other internal martial arts.
